Rudraksha Lab Certification
Rudraksha is one of the most sacred and divine beads that can help you cure life problems.
But nowadays, many people are ruining this sacred market just to earn money, and therefore, before rudraksha reaches out to you, it passes through 6 tests and 3 processes, which are further divided into 15 steps.
After checking out the rudraksha from every angle, we hand it to you after doing energization by providing a valid certificate that shows the originality of the rudraksha.
Rudraksha Selection & Certification Process
So before handing rudraksha to you, we pass it through 6 tests and 3 processes, which are known as:
- Microscope Observation Test
- Boiling Water Test
- Hardness and Maturity Test
- Gravity Test
- Electrical Conductivity Test
- X-ray Test
- Cleaning and Drying of rudraksha
- Specifications
- Final Inspection and Lab Certification
Observation Test
It is the process where our team removes the identical ungrown and damaged rudraksha bead with the help of microscopes and the rudraksha we select for you is based based on origin, shape, color, and lines.
Boiling Water Test
This process is done to identify whether the rudraksha is attached by glue or not where rudraksha is put under hot water at a favorable temperature and for a favorable time period.
Hardness and Maturity Test
Using the Shore Hardness Tester we identify the age and maturity of the rudraksha and the outer strength of the rudraksha is measured so that we can remove out the immature bead.
Gravity Test
It is performed to check the density of the rudraksha bead, whether it floats or skins under the water, and then divide those rudrakshas into different segments.
Electrical Conductivity Test
As the rudraksha has its own electromagnetic field, to check out the power of its felids, it is passed through this test, where we try to pass electricity and make magnetic fields around the rudraksha.
X-Ray Test
This process helps us identify the reality of rudraksha as it shows the spinal structure of rudraksha, which helps us understand the mukhs of rudraksha and help us know about the damage or error.
Cleaning and Drying of Rudraksha
Four steps are taken to clean rudraksha, which include: basic cleaning, an ultrasonic cleaner, a vacuum drying oven, and a dryer.
Specifications
This is one of the processes where we check out the physical appearance of rudraksha and its size and weight.
Final Inspection and Lab Certification
Here, we finally cross-check the processes and make a certificate of the specific rudraksha that has been examined. Then we pack it out in a box and pass it for sale.
These are the major steps we took before giving any rudraksha into your hands because we have to make this market pure and sacred again and want to serve society rather than scamming out customers and decaying their thrust.
At the end, our final aim is to provide the best quality rudraksha at the most affordable price and want to build out a community of Shiva devotees.
